KURUNEGALA, Sri Lanka (News Cutter) —Two officers from the Paddy Marketing Board (PMB) have been interdicted over the disappearance of nearly 700,000 kg of paddy stocks worth around Rs. 65-70 million.

The stocks were reported missing from two government-owned stores in Kurunegala.

The Minister of Agriculture has called for a report.
