Ten Parliamentarians belonging to the ruling party, Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) have expressed their displeasure with the government and has warned that they will remain independent from the hereafter. News Cutter learns that these rebellious MPs include a State Minister who was recently sacked along with three more State ministers and six other backbenchers. According to sources, they are expected to meet President Gotabaya Rajapaksa in the coming week to address their concerns.
