It is widely reported that the new cabinet will be sworn in before parliament is convened. It is also reported that the new cabinet along with the President and Prime Minister will have just 20 with no state ministers.

Large ministries with a large number of institutions would get deputy ministers, it is reported. However, preparing the ministers portfolios is expected to take around two weeks.

The parliament is expected to convene on May 17 and the No Confidence Motion will be taken up then.
